Janet Paraskeva said, "I think people are sometimes frightened
of collaboration, actually. I think they're frightened because they
don't know where their place is in it any longer. […] So you have
actually got to shift people's mindset quite a bit if you actually
want them to collaborate, and I think you do that by example."
